CodeX is a versatile, handheld physical computing device designed to motivate exploration with real-world coding challenges. Featuring built-in graphics, sensors, sound, and more in a rugged, expandable one-piece design, CodeX has the right combination of features to engage students as they learn Python programming and computational thinking skills.
CodeX can introduce students to Python as early as 4th grade, and is equally powerful for middle school through high school CS, robotics, and CTE courses.

What Students Learn
The Python with CodeX mission pack is a standards-aligned curriculum that teaches Python programming through engaging, hands-on challenges. Students learn to code in Python while exploring real-world applications — from lighting up LEDs, to building interactive games, to interfacing with sensors. The curriculum is scaffolded to support students at all levels, with detailed explanations and interactive projects that build confidence and competence in coding.
